"Villa Marida" is in Macari, a hamlet at only 3000 meters from San Vito Lo Capo, famous for its white sandy beach and at 800 meters of the Gulf of Macari, full of coves and sandy/pebbly beaches.
"Villa Marida", has large outdoors terraced spaces with rich vegetation and equipped with outdoor shower ,table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. The house, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room equipped with double sofa bed and equipped with air conditioning warm / cold, a kitchen equipped with electric oven; dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator and freezer; and a bathroom with shower. A large stair, located in the hall, gets to the first floor where there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds converting in a double bed ( both the bedrooms open out to a terrace ). All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning warm / cold.
On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with w.c., sink, bidet.
